Where we do not have production capabilities, Stanwood Mills can still provide “one-stop shopping” for its customers. Stanwood leveraged it’s wovens experience to develop strong relationships with a group of high caliber specialty mills and finishers to supply:

• Lightweight Spun Warps – Cotton, Polyester, Blends
• Medium and Heavyweight Synthetic Wovens (including Blends)

Stanwood Mills can also act as your sourcing agent for woven fabrics. If you are not satisfied with your current supply chain arrangements, we can help. These services include:

• Identifying and Evaluating Alternative Weavers and Finishers
• Assessing Opportunities for Purchasing “Vertical” Packages
• Negotiating with Vendors

Our knowledge of yarns, weaving, and dyeing & finishing enables us to identify unique solutions for many applications. Projects may also include evaluating design changes to simplify weaving and finishing, with targets ranging from reducing leadtimes , improving quality, or minimizing total product cost.
